Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong analytical & quantitative skills

Description

We are looking for dynamic HR professionals for one of our premium clients based in Dubai and with their offices in multiple locations across the globe. The opportunities will be in Dubai. To perform well in this role you should have an experience in the HR domain and knowledge around all legal requirements in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems along with employee engagement programs

- Identify staff vacancies to recruit, interview and select applicants. Coordinate end to end recruitment efforts

- Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR development- Provide a broad range of consultative services to all levels of employees regarding policies and procedures.

- Facilitate communication among employees and management.

- Guide managers and employees on problem-solving, dispute resolution and regulatory compliance

- Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as disciplinary procedures and sexual harassment, and recommend needed changes

- Handle exit interviews and appropriate analysis of exit feedback and suggest relevant action plan if any.

- Direct the needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company.

- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Audit and authenticate all documents related to legal, salary statements and distribution, policies etc.

Qualification & Skills:

- 1-3 years- experience in HR especially in recruitment, performance management, employee engagement- Master's degree or MBA in HR from a reputed college/university

- Experience in handling range of HR workstreams with minimal guidance- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in HR

- Excellent organizational skills and good attention to detail- Excellent ability to gather, collate and analyze HR and related information

Seeking an A.I. professional who will be part of the team helping chart our AI strategy and define the problems we are solving with AI. You will help build our AI development and production infrastructure and set our technical standards. To succeed you must become an expert in building AI models and putting them into production.

You will be required to deploy software into production by building maintainable, readable, modular solutions using modern software engineering best practices. Be ready to talk about your experiences doing code reviews, building interfaces, and deployment systems. You should have strong opinions about best software engineering practices

Responsibilities:

- Set up and manage our AI development and production infrastructure.

- Help AI product managers and business stakeholders understand the potential and limitations of AI when planning new products.

- Build data ingest and data transformation infrastructure.

- Identify transfer learning opportunities and new training datasets.

- Build AI models from scratch and help product managers and stakeholders understand results.

- Deploy AI models into production.

- Create APIs and help business customers put results of your AI models into operations.

- Keep current of latest AI research relevant to our business domain.

Skills & experience:

5to 10 years of relevant experience (consulting / DL/ML / AI / text analytics/ Image Analytics/ Audio Analytics is an added advantage)

- At least 5 years hands-on programming experience working on enterprise products.

- Demonstrated proficiency in multiple programming languages with a strong foundation in a statistical platform such as Python, R, SAS, or MatLab.

- Experience building AI models in platforms such as Keras, TensorFlow, or Theano.

- Demonstrated commitment to learning about AI through your own initiatives through courses, books, or side projects.

Technical & Professional requirements- Bachelor's or equivalent degree with at least 3yrs of overall experience and 6months of experience in Blockchain,

Blockchain Technologies- Worked on at least 1 Blockchain platform like- Hyperledger, Ethereum, Multichain, Corda etc.

Understands different consensus algorithms conceptually, concept of mining etc.

Able to write smart contracts in GoLang or Solidity / Serpent.

Paradigms- Object oriented, Event Driven, Functional Programming,o Programming languages- Java, Spring J2EE framework, GoLang,o REST Services, NodeJS, MongoDB, UI Scripting- Object Oriented JavaScript like AngularJS.
